The state's Update Your Information page lets you change your email, principal or mailing address and FEIN, plus the address of someone already listed as an officer or manager. To add or remove a person, use the annual report, an amended report or an amendment.

Businesses formed or effective after January 1 of this year don't have an annual report due yet, so use the update page or an amendment.
Changing your name? Update other agencies too
Updates on Sunbiz only change the Division of Corporations' records. Other agencies, like the Florida Department of Revenue, keep their own. Forms are on the state's LLC forms and corporation forms pages.
