Other ways to search
- Officer or registered agent name: type last name, first name.
- FEI number: shows the businesses tied to that tax ID.
- Document number: goes straight to the record. Use the number zero, not the letter O.
- Fictitious names (DBAs): these have their own search.
All the options are on the state's search page.
If you can't find it
- Use fewer words. "Little Red Sch" finds Little Red School House, Inc.
- Use Next List and Previous List to look through the names near yours.
- "Record Not Found" means that document number doesn't exist. Check it, or search by name.
